Description
There is a special magical place in Grandma's secret garden! It is a place where nomes live and butterflies flitter by and bees buzz along the garden path. Grandma's grandson, who has just recently turned one, is sitting happily on the grass when he is visited by a Swallow tail butterfly! The butterfly flitters its wings, as if to nudge him or give him a kiss! If you look closely to the right, there is a nome nearby with a grin--likely because he is up to mischief! In this case, he is doing a good deed by delighting this little boy with this butterfly kiss! Surrounding this mischievous but good-hearted nome, is a gathering of a group of Swallowtail Butterflies who have come to pay this little boy a visit! The boy is being blessed with good fortune! Children and all of God's little creatures are certainly a Blessing from Heaven, so that is why I thought of the title: "Little Blessings from Heaven"!
The blue butterfly on the sunflower and/or pictured singularly was painted with permission using a talented photographer's photo called "Butterfly Sunday"! You can see Bob Mullin's exceptional work on this FAA Website!
