I really like this quote above, because it reminds us that while we can grasp to push ourselves to read and to learn more about the mystery of the world we live in, we should never be too comfortable or boast about that knowledge; the world is just too big of a place for our minds to fully understand everything! Instead, we should seek to be enlightened little by little, day by day, to seek the truth and acquire knowledge in a meaningful way in which we can connect to within our souls, or what really speaks to us personally! Before I went back to my first passion, I worked for a variety of non-profits and government sponsored programs--including AmeriCorps (domestic version of the PeaceCorps), D.H.S., and the University of TN. Before working in the non-profits, I attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and really enjoyed being politically active with a group that addressed socio-economic injustices!
