Background Story:
It is Fall and a single leaf has fallen to the ground, carried where a traveler on a nature walk sees it and contemplates its beauty and elegance...one fallen leaf turning brown and beginning to decay, yet still brilliant and beautiful in its own right! Soon, along with the others, it will fully decay and become rich and fertile soil for new maple seeds to take root, carried there by the wind, too! There, the life cycle will begin all over again!
The inspiration for this work is from an earlier work "Ode to a Fallen Leaf" and, instead, of one single leaf there are multiple single leaf motifs spaced apart with backlighting and illumination. This is a versatile eye-catching and stimulating as a stand alone piece or will work very well as a backdrop for a design overlay. Hope you enjoy the season of Fall, my favorite, in all of its glory!

Before I went back to my first passion, I worked for a variety of non-profits and government sponsored programs--including AmeriCorps (domestic version of the PeaceCorps), D.H.S., and the University of TN.
