Artist's Description
This is a welcoming Winter Scene complete with a cabin mountain home nestled below a mountain covered with evergreen and deciduous trees! There is a frozen pond in front! The home is very inviting and "homey" wih a decorated Christmas tree in the front heard, a cheery "Christmasy" looking porch and mailbox! This lovely winter scene is "framed" in with a deciduous Birch tree in the front with a female Cardinal, eying a male Cardinal in a nearby tree...romance is in the air! The sky overhead is gorgeous with blue skies and light wispy clouds! One can see purple blue mountains with a mist rising up and clearing as the sun is coming out to warm this winter scene! I hope you enjoy the Winter magic I tried to create in this painting!
Much of this painting was done under the instruction of a very talented artist and wonderful Christain man, Glen Gray! Please visit his webpage, as he is also listed on this website!

As a result, I decided to major in Political Science and Anthropology. Studying about different cultures, its art, and political systems has always fascinated me! I think that we can learn a...
