Artist's Description
The time is Autumn in Tennessee--blood orange, crimsons, and golds abound all around in the trees, and my favorite fruit of the season is just ripe for the picking! These apples have just been picked from the apple orchard, and from the looks of it, so many have been picked that a bucket has been overturned! But there is no need to cry over spilled apples, just take a seat on this lush green grass! Look up at some maple trees with the leaves starting to turn and enjoy all that the season of Autumn has to offer! Save some for me!
This detail of my painting was done with the help and instruction of a Master artist on this website, Glen Gray. He is both an exceptional artist and teacher. Glen is a wonderful Christian man who has lived a lifetime of preaching and teaching the Word and glorifying the Creator by painting His Creation! Please stop by his website and check out his amazing art! The website is: http://fineartamerica.com/profiles/glen-gray.html

Before working in the non-profits, I attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and really enjoyed being politically active with a group that addressed socio-economic injustices! As a result, I decided to major in Political Science and Anthropology. Studying about different cultures, its art, and political systems has always fascinated me! I think that we can learn a...
