This work has the inspirational message "Love with All of the Heart". This quote was inspired by the words of a tireless saint who put her words into action, Mother Teresa! She shared the key to "loving with all the heart" when she once said: "I have found the paradox, that if you love until it hurts, there can be no more hurt, only more love." That's exactly what mothers do--"love until it hurts, then love more"! That's why this work would be perfect for Mother's Day!
This is an edited version of my painting "Touch of the Roses" made into a lovely resin necklace. Before I had my two children, I worked selling furniture and helping people to decorate their homes--my first passion--interior decorating/design and art! Before I went back to my first passion, I worked for a variety of non-profits and government sponsored programs--including AmeriCorps (domestic version of the PeaceCorps), D.H.S., and the University of TN. Before working in the non-profits, I attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and really enjoyed being politically active with a group that addressed socio-economic injustices!
