This is a version of my original painting of "Delight of Grandma's Roses" with a center focus (full version coming soon!). The deep purple of these rose petals with a luminescent quality paired with a crimson and golden background work synergistically to create a eye catching and aesthetically pleasing composition with a contemporary, pop art look!
There is a special magical place in Grandma's secret garden! It is a place where nomes live and butterflies flitter by and bees buzz along the garden path. Grandma's Roses are preserved here for reflection and preserving precious and timeless memories. In years past, all of her grandchildren have enjoyed their bright velvety texture and heady scent in their due season. They are truly a delight to the senses and the soul when in full bloom!

Before I went back to my first passion, I worked for a variety of non-profits and government sponsored programs--including AmeriCorps (domestic version of the PeaceCorps), D.H.S., and the University of TN.
